Buzzy Days

I’ve been out and about with my camera, nosing about in the hedgerows.

I found these two wonderful specimens for my pictures of the week. They were collecting pollen from a cow parsley plant near Huttons Ambo in North Yorkshire. They both look quite formidable close up, but they were just getting on with their jobs. They made good models too and stayed on the plant for five minutes while I took their photographs.
